The New “Last Supper”

Sometimes events provide important insights into the nature of the world in which we live. The opening ceremony of the 2024 Olympics did just that.

At the center of this opening service spectacle, which is a parody of Leonardo Da Vinci’s painting, the “Last Supper,” Jesus was replaced by a woman wearing a headdress that resembled a crown. She was flanked by drag queens who danced beside her and replaced the twelve disciples. Several of the participants in the spectacle were half naked.

National Review online described the event with the headline: Drag Queens Parody the Last Supper, Paris Olympics .[1]  And the French Catholic Church's Conference of Bishops deplored what it described as “scenes of derision and mockery of Christianity.” [2]

The spokesperson for Russia's Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, posted the following on Telegram:

One of the main performances of the Olympics was an LGBT mockery of a sacred Christian story - the Last Supper—the last supper of Christ. The apostles were portrayed by transvestites.[3]

Who is responsible for this in-your-face attack on Christianity? The Olympic Committee is obviously responsible. None of this is accidental. The globalists who control the Olympic Committee sent a clear message to the entire world. We do well to understand that message.

First, Cultural Marxism scholar James Lindsay has been saying that Cultural Marxism is essentially a religious cult. The opening ceremony for the Olympics has substantiated Lindsay’s claim in a sensational way. (Cultural Marxism is the dominant view of the global elites.)

Second, Marxists have always recognized Christianity as their main enemy.

Third, and most importantly, we observe that in this demonic program, Christianity was replaced by the occult. Are these Marxists revealing more of their intentions than they had planned?

History should tell us that mocking God is dangerous. 2 Kings 19 teaches us the reason Sennacherib failed to conquer Jerusalem was because he ridiculed and blasphemed the living God. Daniel chapter 5 informs us this was the same reason the Babylonian King Belshazzar was conquered and killed by the Medes and Persians.

One important takeaway from this spectacle is that it reveals what the “Q” in LGBTQ+ looks like. “Queer” is the dismantling of all moral and sexual boundaries. For the revolution to succeed, there can be no moral boundaries.

The main lesson from the Olympics opening service, however, is that the global elites have revealed themselves far more than they have in the past and perhaps more than they intended. This is why the event was so shocking to so many people. The public has had little knowledge of who these global elitists actually are and what they are up to.

These Marxists saw the opportunity (the temptation) to promote their ideology in what they believed would be a magnificent, creative event that would impact the whole world. They couldn’t resist revealing the whole story—the dark powers they serve and where they intend to take us. They normally avoid this kind of transparency, but with the Olympics and the whole world watching, they were heady with power. Now they are exposed, and we are far better equipped for what lies ahead than we were just a few days ago.
